Job Description
Responsibilities:
â— Responsible for complete website management. ( Updating website, changing banners, running offers as and when required. )
â— Manage listed products on website & marketplace.
â— Maintain Item Master or List of Stocks live on website & marketplace.
â— Manage stock of listed products & update Management about refill required.
â— Timely stock requirement projection for website & marketplace.
â— Maintain track of orders, shipping and returns.
â— Monitor reviews, emails from customers.
â— Co-ordinate and send details to Ecommerce Manager (images, fabrics, price, stock unit available)
â— Prepare Reports and MIS on Website & Marketplace sales, Fast moving & slow moving products and other reports.
â— Provide marketing support for website performance marketing.
