Job Description
Job Requirement:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Doctor to join our medical team. The Duty Doctor will provide comprehensive medical care to patients during their assigned shifts, ensuring high standards of care and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate medical care and treatment to patients presenting with a variety of conditions.
- Conduct thorough examinations, make diagnoses, and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer medications, perform minor procedures, and provide emergency care as needed.
- Monitor and manage patients’ medical conditions and progress.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including histories, examinations, diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide clear and concise communication to patients and their families regarding medical conditions and treatment plans.
- Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and ongoing medical education activities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
