Job Summary:
Simira Diagnostics is looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute and optimize our online marketing efforts across all digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving patient inquiries, and improving online appointment bookings across our 12 branches in Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing (Paid Media)
- Plan and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for local lead generation
- Optimize campaigns for CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROI
- Track conversions like calls, WhatsApp, and appointment forms
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Improve website ranking for keywords like:
- On-page & technical SEO
- Local SEO & Google My Business optimization for all branches
- Backlink and content strategy
- Social Media Marketing
- Manage Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
- Create healthcare awareness content (reels, posts, videos)
- Promote services like:
- Pregnancy Sonography
- Blood Tests
- Full Body Checkups
- Increase followers and engagement
- Content Marketing
- Plan blogs, videos, reels & educational posts
- Work with doctors and technicians for medical content
- Maintain brand tone & compliance with medical advertising norms
- Website & Conversion Optimization
- Improve website UX/UI
- Optimize landing pages for lead generation
- A/B testing for forms, CTA buttons & layouts
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console & Ads dashboards
- Prepare monthly performance reports
- Provide actionable insights for management
- Marketing Automation & CRM
- Integrate CRM with website leads
- Manage WhatsApp automation & email/SMS campaigns
- Patient retention & remarketing strategies
- Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Monitor and respond to Google Reviews
- Improve ratings for all Simira branches
- Handle negative feedback professionally
- Influencer & Local Marketing
- Collaborate with local health influencers & doctors
- Plan digital campaigns for health camps & awareness drives
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO & GA4
- Experience in healthcare or local services preferred
- Data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication & team coordination
- Knowledge of medical advertising regulations
