Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads across various digital channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
2. Should Able to use ai tools for content creation.
3. Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to optimize ROI and achieve targeted KPIs.
4. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
5. Manage and optimize the company's website and landing pages for performance, user experience, and lead generation.
6. Oversee social media channels and content calendars, including creating, curating, and publishing engaging content to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
7. Analyze digital marketing performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and incorporate new strategies and tactics into our marketing efforts.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
10. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.
11. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a minimum of 3 experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
2. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, techniques, and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
3. Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analyzing digital marketing performance metrics and KPIs to drive data-driven decisions.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
6. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
