Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Architect role located in South and north Goa, India. The Architect will be responsible for designing innovative architectural solutions, developing and integrating architectural plans, and managing projects from concept to completion. Daily activities include collaborating with the design team, preparing architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating technical solutions, and maintaining client communication to meet project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and functional designs
- Technical skills in Software Development and Integration relevant to architecture and design tools
- Experience in Project Management, including timelines, budgets, and teamwork coordination
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and local building codes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar)
- Educational background in Architecture or a related field, with a professional degree required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Prior experience in architectural design projects and on-site project execution is preferred
