Job Description
- Perform regular checks and audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries.
- Identify and rectify inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates within datasets.
- Implement and enforce data standards and protocols to ensure uniformity and consistency across databases.
- Develop and implement data quality assurance processes and procedures to uphold data integrity standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, definitions, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and address data integrity issues.
- Provide training and support to users on data entry best practices and data integrity protocols.
- Identify potential risks to data integrity and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to data management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements and Skills
- 2-5 Years of direct experience in the following areas
- Working with Microsoft Excel (Any Version)
- Working with Adobe PDF
- Working with CSV, TXT and or XML Files
- Working in Microsoft Visual Studio
- Working with Source Control (TFS, GIT, Subversion, Tortoise, Confluence/Jira)
- Basic Understanding of C# or another Object-Oriented Language (Java, Python, Ruby, C++, C and or VB)
- JavaScript Primarily or in Combination with another Alternative Language (Coffee Script, Dart, TypeScript, Clojure Script, Opal, Elm, Kaffeine and or Roy).
- Working with and getting Data from Relational Database Systems (Microsoft, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite)
- Knowledge of SQL, Reporting, Excel, and Data entry systems.
- High attention to detail and able to handle complex issues when dealing with data.
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript
- Associate degree in information services &/or Computer Science; Preferred bachelor’s degree in information services &/or Computer Science)
Note: Work Timing - 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM (EST)
