Job Description
· DAILY TALLY CALLING TO ALL EXISTING & NEW CUSTOMERS TO GENERATE NEW INQUIRIES.
· CONDUCTING MARKET RESEARCH ON RIVAL PRODUCTS.
· ACTIVELY SEEKING OUT NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH COLD CALLING, NETWORKING
· SETTING UP MEETINGS WITH POTENTIAL CLIENTS AND LISTENING TO THEIR WISHES AND CONCERNS
· WORKING WITH THE SALES TEAM TO DEVELOP TARGETED SALES STRATEGIES.
· ANSWERING CLIENT QUERIES ABOUT PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND USES.
· TRACKING SALES DATA TO ENSURE THE COMPANY MEETS SALES QUOTAS.
· CREATING AND PRESENTING SALES PERFORMANCE REPORTS.
· FOLLOW UP WITH CREDIT CUSTOMER FOR OUTSTANDING PAYMENT.
· DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC LONG-TERM TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH HIGH VOLUME CLIENTS
· SUGGEST SOLUTIONS THAT ANSWER CLIENTS’ NEEDS AND WANTS.
· ESTABLISH AND SET UP KPIS /REPORTS FOR SHARING WITH INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CLIENTS.
· RESOLVING ISSUES OF THE CLIENTS IN REGARDS TO THE ACCOUNTS
· ACTING AS A POINT OF CONTACT BETWEEN THE CLIENTS AND THE INTERNAL TEAM
· TAKING FEEDBACK FROM THE CLIENTS AND WORKING ON THEM
