Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, account management, and order processing
- Work closely with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and goals
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system.
