Job Description

Job Title: CRM Manager

Department: CRM

Location: Muzaffarnagar – Numax City

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Salary: INR 9,00,000 – 15,00,000 per annum (as per market standards & experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager (Senior Manager level) to lead and manage customer relationship strategies, enhance customer experience, and drive long-term customer engagement and retention.

The role demands strong leadership, analytical skills, and deep expertise in CRM systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage end-to-end CRM operations including customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty programs
  • Lead and mentor the CRM team to ensure high performance and efficiency
  • Analyze customer data and insights to improve customer journeys and business outcomes
  • Oversee CRM tools, platforms, and integrations to ensure optimal usage
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams for seamless customer experience
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present actionable insights to senior management
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and best practices in CRM processes
  • Drive automation and process improvements within CRM systems Required

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Expertise in customer data analysis, segmentation, and reporting
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • MBA or relevant professional certification preferred Experience
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in CRM management or related roles
  • Prior experience in a senior/managerial role is mandatory
