- To take the complete ownership of all client Sales orders and it’s
Life cycle (Order to Installations.
- Control on Dispatch schedule.
- Positive Customer Experience through tight internal follow-up.
- Control on Customer communication.
- Manage Customer Relationship by following all SOPs.
- Handling all Production problems Escalations.
