Job Description
- Conduct analysis of compensation programs to ensure competitiveness in the market
- Partner with Business HR teams to provide guidance on compensation best practices
- Collaborate with Corporate HR to design and implement effective compensation strategies
- Communicate compensation policies and procedures to employees and managers
- Analyze data and trends to make recommendations for improvements in compensation programs
- Conduct salary surveys to benchmark market rates for various job roles
- Assist in the development and implementation of variable pay programs
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to compensation
- Participate in annual compensation planning process and budgeting
- Provide support and expertise on compensation matters to HR team and leadership
