Job Description

We are hiring for

Community Medicine – SR, AP

- Develop and implement community health programs
- Establish partnerships with local organizations and providers
- Conduct health education and outreach activities
- Coordinate and participate in health screenings and clinics
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to address community health needs
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes
