Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
1. Managing Team Leads and Frontend Sales Teams in a given micro-market area
2. Training and supervising the sales team while planning and implementing sales strategy
3. Achieve high customer satisfaction and revenue gains for the company.
4. Maintain relations with the developers by regularly conducting meetings at our office and visiting their projects
5. Build and increase relationships with institutional channel partners, national distributors, financial capitalists and channel partners
6. Ensuring the team is at optimal strength by recruiting members through their own network.
7. Designing and planning the launch of new projects & Planning events with partners for spot closures
Essential Skills & Experience
1. Strong written/verbal communication and data presentation skills
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. A postgraduate degree in management with specialisation in Marketing/Finance
4. Possess relevant sales experience within real estate.
5. Experience working in a given micro-market for more than 8 years (Goregaon to Bandra)
6. Experience in managing teams
