Job Overview:
We are urgently hiring for the position of Cluster Business Head – Banca Channel for a leading Life Insurance organization in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective team management, relationship building, and strategic planning within the Banca channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to achieve business targets within the assigned cluster.
- Strengthen relationships with bank partners to drive sales performance.
- Ensure adherence to business objectives and compliance standards.
- Drive consistent performance through motivation, training, and support of the team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be currently working in the Banca Channel within the Life Insurance industry.
- Proven experience in team handling and business development.
- Local candidate from Jodhpur preferred.
- Age: 24 to 50 years.
Compensation:
- CTC: Up to ₹10.5 LPA (flexible for exceptional candidates).
