Job Description
- Lead a team of civil designers in the development of engineering plans and drawings.
- Oversee all aspects of civil design projects, from conception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure design specifications are met.
- Review design proposals and recommend improvements.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in civil design.
- Communicate project progress and any issues to stakeholders.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all design work.
- Prioritize safety and compliance with all construction regulations and standards.
