- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns
- Utilize computer systems to track and process customer interactions and data
- Follow company guidelines and scripts to ensure consistent communication and customer service
- Collaborate with team members to reach performance goals and targets
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude when interacting with customers
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to accurately assist customers
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
- Handle customer complaints calmly and effectively, finding solutions to resolve issues
- Adhere to confidentiality and privacy policies to protect customer information.
