Job Description
- Conduct outbound sales calls to connect with prospective clients in the recruitment industry, promoting Erekrut's services and solutions.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Erekrut's offerings and value propositions to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
