Job Description
Position: Brand Designer (Brand Identity + Packaging Support)
Location: Indore
Experience: 1-4 years (flexible for exceptional portfolio)
Salary Budget: 35k to 75k
Role Summary
Design brand identities that look premium and work in the real world. You will translate strategy into identity systems, guidelines, and high-quality assets, with packaging support where needed.
What you will do
- Create identity systems: logo suite, typography, color, grid, and visual language.
- Build brand guidelines: rules, usage examples, and asset libraries.
- Design client-ready brand decks and final presentation assets.
- Support packaging design and produce polished mockups for case studies and social.
- Collaborate with strategy to turn positioning and messaging into visuals.
- Maintain craft and file discipline: consistency, alignment, naming, exports.
Must-have requirements (non-negotiables)
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work (Behance/Dribbble/website).
- Onsite availability in Indore (or ready to relocate).
- Strong command of Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop (Figma is a plus).
- Premium taste: typography, spacing, hierarchy, and detail.
- Fast iteration on feedback without dropping quality.
- Clear communication: you can explain decisions simply
Nice-to-have (bonus)
- Packaging experience (FMCG / D2C).
- Motion basics (After Effects) or advanced mockup skills.
- Experience building social templates within brand systems
