Job Description

We are hiring for SBI Branch Relationship Executive [Banca Channel]

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify potential new clients and develop strategies to increase business
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any issues or concerns
- Keep track of market trends and competition to stay ahead in the industry
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote company products and services
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients highlighting company offerings
- Meet sales targets and drive revenue growth for the branch
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries efficiently
- Update CRM system with client interactions and maintain accurate records
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
