Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about our services and programs to parents and students
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing student records
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Work closely with the administrative team to support the overall operations of the Student Care
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance job performance
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
