Job Description
- Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing for corporate car rental services
- Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage billing and documentation for all client transactions
- Liaise with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes and enhance efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date records of billing information and documentation
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis related to billing activities
- Must have strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience in billing and invoicing in a corporate setting is preferred.
