Job Description
- Responsible for accurately billing clients for placement services
- Prepare and send invoices to clients on a timely basis
- Follow up with clients on overdue payments
- Communicate with the accounts department to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain detailed records of billing transactions
- Handle client inquiries regarding billing
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate billing information
- Assist in implementing and maintaining billing policies and procedures
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to billing
- Provide reports to management regarding billing activities and outstanding payments.
