Qualification: Any Graduate/BBA/
Age limit: Between 21-28 yrs

Salary Structure (Budget) -
CTC- 2.24 Lacs fixed salary + huge Incentive + Mediclaim insurance
Eligibility Criteria:
- The required Age as on 01 July 2023 is between 21-28 yrsØ & full Time Graduate with a minimum graduation percentage of 50%.
- Prefer to have 2 wheeler and valid licence.
- Only local candidates can apply.
- Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
- Ready to travel locally for meeting customers during sales calls.
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skill, Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlinesØ & work successfully as a part of a team.
Job Description –
- Selling of bank’s and third party products to new customers.
- Conducting marketing activities and travel locally to meet new customers as daily activity.
- Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross selling of more products.
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a daily and monthly basis.
- Daily entry of interaction with customers in bank’s CRM system.
- Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatoryØ & legislative) for each activity.
Selection process:-
1) face to face business and HR interview and given branch
2) candidates will undergo 6 days online training virtual mode
3) online assessment based on training
4) On clearing above 3 steps will get offer letter from India's leading private Bank and job posting will be nearby branch within 10 Kms radius from candidate's home location.
