The BDM will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. Job Description

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand company's customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful project delivery
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential areas for expansion
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key stakeholders
- Monitor and report on sales performance and progress towards targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Proven track record in sales and business development in the MET industry.
