We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team at ELIXIR MET FORM PRIVATE LIMITED. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The BDM will also work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and implement strategic plans to expand our market presence and drive revenue. Job Description

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand company's customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful project delivery
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential areas for expansion
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key stakeholders
- Monitor and report on sales performance and progress towards targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Proven track record in sales and business development in the MET industry.
