Conexus is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Tasks will include prospecting potential clients, presenting our services to key decision-makers, and closing deals to meet sales targets. The BDE will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to expand our market reach. Job Description

- Drive new business and generate leads through networking and cold calling
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to achieve sales targets
- Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for promoting products and services
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to close
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure successful partnerships
- Support the overall growth and success of the company through strategic business development efforts.

Job Type: Part time and full time

Part time salary- 10-12k

Full time salary- 18-20k
