Job Description

- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Support the front office staff with necessary paperwork and tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication with clients and vendors
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Help with research and analysis for various projects
- Ensure all back office operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Follow company policies and procedures for data protection and confidentiality
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and objectives
- Other duties as assigned by management.
