Experience: Prior experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Client Acquisition preferred

Job Overview
The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring business clients across industries, promoting VsnapU's photography and videography services, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring successful client onboarding. The role requires effective communication, relationship management, and a strong focus on sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients across hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafes, hospitals, educational institutions, real estate businesses, and corporate organizations.
- Conduct outbound calls to business owners, managers, and key decision-makers to introduce company services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service packages and solutions.
- Generate qualified leads, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and convert prospects into business clients.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to present service offerings and discuss business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
- Follow up with prospects, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Respond to client queries and provide accurate information about services, pricing, and proposals.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain client databases, sales reports, lead statuses, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding and smooth service delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Effective negotiation, persuasion, and client acquisition abilities.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and engage with key decision-makers.
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
