Job Title: B2B Partnerships – Insurance Tech
Location: Mumbai

CTC: Up to ₹40 LPA
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced B2B Partnerships professional to drive business growth by building and managing strategic partnerships across the insurance ecosystem. The role focuses on expanding the company's wellness offerings through insurance companies and insurance intermediaries, including brokers and corporate agents.
The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the insurance industry, proven experience in partnership development, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and insurance intermediaries, including brokers and corporate agents.
- Identify, develop, and onboard new insurance intermediary partners to expand the company's distribution network.
- Strengthen strategic partnerships to drive long-term business growth and market penetration.
Business Development & Sales
- Drive sales of the company's wellness solutions through insurance companies and insurance intermediaries.
- Promote the adoption of vision benefits among partner organizations and their customers.
- Work closely with partners to identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue generation.
- Achieve assigned sales and partnership growth targets.
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for distribution partners and maintain strong ongoing relationships.
- Collaborate with insurance companies and intermediaries to improve customer adoption of vision care solutions.
- Support internal sales teams by strengthening relationships with insurance companies and key stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to the product team for the development of innovative vision care and wellness solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance partner engagement and customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience across the insurance ecosystem, including insurance distributors, intermediaries, InsureTech, wellness, or digital channels.
- Proven experience driving sales through insurance intermediaries.
- Strong existing network within insurance intermediaries is mandatory.
- Experience in health and wellness benefits will be a significant advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong network within insurance companies, brokers, and corporate agents.
- Proven track record of driving sales through partnerships and insurance distribution channels.
- Comfortable working as an Individual Contributor.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships and deliver measurable business growth.
