Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives in the assigned area

- Train and motivate sales team to improve productivity and performance
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective sales campaigns
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on sales progress
- Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to adapt sales strategies
- Travel within the designated area to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales and leadership roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
