Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within assigned area
- Manage and motivate sales team to drive performance and meet KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions for team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Travel within assigned area to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct market research
- Provide regular feedback to senior management on market dynamics and sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
