Job Description

Job Title: AI Developer

Location: Bharatpur, Rajasthan (On-site – Relocation Mandatory)

Experience: 1 Year

Requirement: Candidate must have worked on any Voice Bot

Compensation

CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & assessment performance)
Salary Credit Date: 10th of every month

Work Schedule

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Break: 30 Minutes
Weekly Off: Sunday
Public Holidays: Major National/Public Holidays

About the Role

We are looking for highly driven and technically strong individuals who are genuinely interested in building AI-powered products, not just exploring AI casually.

This role requires hands-on expertise in Python, APIs, backend development, and LLM-based systems. Candidates should have practical experience through academic, freelance, internship, or personal AI projects.

Only applicants with real project experience in AI / LLM applications should apply.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Development

Build and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs, GPT-based systems, and AI APIs.
Develop intelligent workflows and automation solutions using generative AI models.
Work on prompt engineering for real-world use cases.

Backend & API Development

Develop scalable REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Integrate AI APIs into backend systems with robust error handling.
Optimize API performance, response time, and scalability.

Testing & Optimization

Debug, test, and improve AI application performance.
Maintain clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code.
Ensure stable production deployments and monitoring.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with product, design, and development teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Mandatory Requirements (Strict Screening)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
0–2 years of relevant hands-on experience.
Freshers must demonstrate strong AI project work.
Strong proficiency in Python (data structures, API handling, debugging).
Practical knowledge of LLMs / GPT-based applications.
Hands-on experience with at least one AI API (OpenAI or equivalent).
Experience building or consuming REST APIs.
Must have 1–2 demonstrable projects (GitHub / Portfolio mandatory).
Basic understanding of deployment, hosting APIs, and environment setup.

Disqualification Criteria

Do not apply if:

You have only completed courses without real project experience.
You are not comfortable writing backend code independently.
You are not willing to relocate to Bharatpur, Rajasthan.
You are seeking remote, freelance, or part-time opportunities.
