JOB DESCRIPTION
• Recruit Agents / Advisors
• Develop agents through coaching, training, team management support etc
• Drive agents and advisors team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Must have Minimum 1 Year Experience in Insurance/Banking/ Any sales.
• Must be a Graduate.
• Within 30years of age.
