Roles and Responsibilities
ï‚· Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.
ï‚· Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
ï‚· To meet agents, lead providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
ï‚· Motivating advisors and have a sales orientation
ï‚· Generate fresh business
ï‚· Team building
: 2.5 – 4.5 Lacs (Attractive growth within the org) + Negotiable for Experience candidate + Huge Incentives upto 35% on per sale.
