Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team. The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing financial records, creating GST invoices, and proficiently using Tally software and Microsoft Office tools. This position is crucial for maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring compliance with taxation regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update financial records accurately and regularly.
- Monitor expenses, income, and other financial transactions.

GST Invoice Generation:
- Prepare GST-compliant invoices and ensure they adhere to government regulations.
- Verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.

Tally Software Expertise:
- Utilize Tally software to manage accounts, ledgers, and financial reports.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks using Tally.

MS Office Proficiency:
- Create and manage spreadsheets, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word.

Financial Reporting:
- Generate financial reports and statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for audits and taxation purposes.

Tax Compliance:
- Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.

Data Analysis:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, or areas of improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Communication:
- Effectively communicate with other team members and departments to gather necessary financial information.
- Handle financial inquiries from clients or vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial record-keeping, GST invoice generation, and Tally software usage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Tally or similar accounting software.
- Previous experience working in finance or accounting roles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
Work Environment: The Finance Executive will work in an office environment and collaborate closely with the finance team and other departments. They will use computers and accounting software extensively to perform their tasks.
