Job title: Account Executive
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare and process purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in monitoring cash flow.
- Generate invoices and follow up with customers for timely payments.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain and reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and record management.
Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to accounting operations.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage accounting records and financial documentation accurately.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
