Job Description
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and spreadsheets
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Track and record expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash transactions
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial close processes
- Help with vendor management and communication on billing and payment matters
- Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as needed
