Purpose

The purpose of this Field Data Analyst – Skill Assessment is to evaluate the employee’s current capability in handling production data analysis responsibilities across technical tools, data quality practices, reporting ability, and field coordination. This assessment is designed to identify how effectively the employee can collect, validate, clean, reconcile, analyze, and report production-related data using tools such as Excel, ERP/MDM systems, field data collection applications, and Power BI. It also helps measure the employee’s understanding of governance practices such as duplicate detection, master data usage, SOP adherence, completeness checks, timeliness tracking, and escalation procedures. The assessment supports capability mapping for the role of Production Data Analyst and highlights the employee’s current strengths, development areas, and required training interventions. Based on the score of 2.41, the employee falls under Category C – Developing, indicating that the employee has basic working knowledge in some areas but requires structured training, process exposure, and closer guidance to improve accuracy, reporting quality, and proactive issue handling.
