Job Description

As the Telecaller Head, you will be responsible for leading a team of telecallers and tele sales representatives in promoting and selling our B2B products. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through effective management, coaching, and strategic initiatives.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telecallers and tele sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
  2. Performance Management: Implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor and evaluate the performance of the team. Provide regular feedback and coaching to optimize performance.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  6. Process Improvement: Continuously review and optimize sales processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall performance.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales activities, and market trends. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
     

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven experience (5-7 years) in a telecalling or tele sales role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.
