Outreach Programs:
Organize and conduct outreach programs, webinars, and seminars to promote AvaIntern's internship opportunities.
Represent the company in various forums to enhance brand visibility.
Collaboration with Colleges:
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with college officials.
Collaborate with college placement cells to streamline the internship placement process.
Data Management:
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of leads, partnerships, and outreach activities.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for efficient data management.
Achieving Revenue Targets:
Work towards achieving team and individual revenue targets through successful lead conversion.
Contribute to the overall financial goals of the business development team.
Confidentiality and Compliance:
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information related to partnerships and business strategies.
Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements in all business development activities.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on business development activities, outcomes, and future prospects.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
