Job Description
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
Develop, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs using Python, Flask, Pandas and SQL for our XDE application.
Design and implement scalable and secure API endpoints for data retrieval, manipulation, and storage.
Ensure API performance, reliability, and security through thorough testing and monitoring.
Utilize cloud platforms Microsoft Azure to deploy and manage API services, leveraging services like Azure Functions.
Work with voice analytics tools and platforms, such as Databricks and OpenAI, to analyze and derive insights from audio data.
Basic understanding of voice analytics, including techniques such as speech recognition, transcription, translation, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and intent analysis, to extract valuable insights from audio data.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in API development, voice analytics, and related technologies to drive continuous improvement on XDE.
Effectively communicating ideas and development to the team and client.
NECESSARY SKILL SETS:
Python, Flask API, Pandas, PySpark, SQL, Voice analytics, Open AI, Azure Services like Function app, Storage Account, SQL Database, VM.
