Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or through lead generation activities.
2. Build and maintain a strong knowledge of our products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
3. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, addressing inquiries, and objections.
4. Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant data using CRM software.
6. Effectively follow up on leads and quotes to close sales and nurture customer relationships.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and feedback.
8. Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
9. Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
10. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
12. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a competitive spirit.
13. Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
14. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
