Job Title: Tally and Tax Faculty
Location: E 354, Nirman Vihar, Near Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi, Adjacent to Nirman Vihar Metro Station, Opposite V3s Mall, Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₹5,00,000 per annum
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Faculty Member to train students in Tally, BUSY, Advanced Excel, and Taxation. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of accounting software and taxation concepts, along with proven teaching experience in these subjects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive classroom and practical training sessions in Tally, BUSY, Advanced Excel, and Taxation.
- Design lesson plans, exercises, and assessments aligned with the course curriculum.
- Guide students through real-world accounting and taxation scenarios.
- Stay updated with the latest software versions, accounting standards, and taxation laws.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Maintain class discipline and ensure high levels of student engagement and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Tally, BUSY, MS Office, Advanced Excel, and Taxation.
- Strong command over accounting principles and GST/TDS/Income Tax modules.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students from diverse educational backgrounds.
- Relevant educational background in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
