Job Description

JD – Student Success Specialist - Work from home - K10 Date of Onboarding: 11th Oct 2023. Working Week: For Kannada, R1 can be done on 26th Sept – 29th Sept, and R2 can be performed on the 30th of Sept till 6:30 pm only. R2 name will be decided the day after tomorrow. Graduate Pass out (No Pursuing, No Diploma, and no preparation for competitive exams) Gender: Male & Female – Both are eligible. (Condition Apply) 1. Married women should have kids who are going to School - Age for Married Women – Below 35 Years. Kids must go to school. - Kids having a caretaker will not be considerable. 2. For Unmarried Men and women – Age not more than 29 Years. 3. Married Men are not eligible for this role. Language: English – Fluent| Regional Language – Kannada, – Exceptional. Full interviews are to happen in English only strictly. 2 scenarios are to be done in the regional language and one in English (Without English - proper reject) In R2, no need to explain if a candidate appears to be a good fit; you have been chosen. Please let them know that you will hear from the recruiter. All candidates must use the laptop for the R2 interview - No R2 over the mobile phone. Compensation: 3.50 LPA CTC 2-Week Virtual Training – In Training will get a salary of 3.50 CTC LPA based on attendance. if they are selected, they will have 2 weeks of training and only when they clear the training will be eligible to proceed with the job role. Time of work: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. 5 hours of talk time per day, 60 customer connections, and 150 or more dialed calls. SSS has two days off. a rotating base. LAPTOP and WIFI – This should be a must. Role Description: Description: You will start your journey at BYJU’S as a Student Success Specialist to guide students who are using BYJU’s App Learning Program & be an integral part of their learning journey with BYJU’S. Your key role is to connect regularly with students and parents and ensure that they are having a seamless & effective experience with BYJU’S. Responsibilities of the Candidate: 1. As a Student Success Specialist at BYJU, your role would involve supporting and guiding students to achieve their academic goals and maximize their learning experience. Here are some key responsibilities and strategies that you may undertake in this role: 2. Student Engagement: Foster positive relationships with students by actively engaging with them through various channels, such as email, phone calls, and video conferences. Regularly communicate with students to understand their progress, challenges, and learning needs. 3. Academic Support: Provide personalized academic support to students, addressing their queries, clarifying concepts, and offering guidance on study plans, time management, and effective learning strategies. Tailor your approach based on individual student requirements. 4. Goal Setting: Collaborate with students to set realistic and achievable academic goals. Help them create a roadmap and action plans to track their progress. Regularly review and update goals to ensure alignment with their evolving needs and aspirations. 5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor students' performance and progress using data and analytics available within BYJU'S platform. Identify areas of improvement and proactively intervene to address any gaps or challenges. Provide feedback on students' performance and celebrate their achievements. 6. Motivation and Confidence Building: Inspire and motivate students to stay committed to their studies. Help them overcome obstacles and build their confidence by acknowledging their achievements, providing positive reinforcement, and highlighting their potential. 7. Parent Communication: Collaborate with parents or guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress, challenges, and areas for improvement. Share regular updates, conduct parent-teacher conferences, and address any concerns or queries they may have. 8. Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from students regarding their experience with BYJU and suggestions for improvement. Share these insights with relevant teams within the organization to contribute to product enhancements, content development, and overall student satisfaction. 9. Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with other Student Success Specialists, teachers, and content developers to share best practices, success stories, and strategies for student engagement and success. Foster a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing.
