- Monitor and improve customer service processes to optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures for the export department
- Address and resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to streamline the export process
- Train and mentor customer service staff on best practices and procedures
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to export customer service.
