Job Description

Job Description :

  • Experience working in Tally and have complete GST working knowledge.
  • Must have experience in Salary preparation in Excel sheets.
  • Should have knowledge of all Statutory Compliance.
  • Banking Transaction - NEFT & RTGS knowledge.
  • Should have done Banking correspondence and coordination with the Bank whenever required.
  • Experience working independently.
  • Reconcile Bank statements by comparing transactions to the General ledger.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and financial modeling.
  • Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations, including preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, liaise with auditors, and implement audit recommendations to improve financial controls and processes.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital and ensure adequate funds for operational needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with the legal team for any case related to the projects.
