Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the telecommunications industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance and training to the team
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets and objectives
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Represent Airtel India in conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
