Job Description
- Evaluate and review suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery speed
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
- Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure timely and efficient procurement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure purchasing needs are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to cultivate positive and productive partnerships
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions
- Assist in the development of procurement strategies and policies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Perform cost analysis and budgeting to optimize purchasing processes
