Job Description

- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Shiriram Life Insurance products and services
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Meet with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Explain policy terms, conditions, and benefits to clients while providing exceptional customer service
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets set by the company
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy changes, claims processing, and renewal management
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM system
- Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and competitor offerings
