- Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated territory through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct research to understand the communication needs and pain points of prospective clients.
- Consultative Selling:

- Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
- Educate clients about the benefits of cloud telephony solutions and WhatsApp Business integration in improving communication efficiency and customer engagement.
- Provide customized solutions based on client needs and budget considerations.
- Relationship Building:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Sales Quota Achievement:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Continuously identify new opportunities and upsell additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
- Market Intelligence:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to cloud telephony solutions and WhatsApp Business.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to help enhance our offerings and market positioning.
