- Identify and generate leads through various sources, including cold calling, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to achieve sales targets
- Provide complete and accurate information about the CASA products, features, and benefits to customers
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management
